Learn to cook like a true local with chefs Laura and Diego

Immerse yourself in the authentic taste of Spain in the heart of Malaga with hands-on, immersive cooking classes led by two passionate and experienced chefs.

Meet the chefs

Laura studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Trained by a Valencian chef who specializes in paellas, she will teach you how to prepare this emblematic dish like a true Spaniard. Her classes go beyond cooking: you'll share secrets about Spanish ingredients, traditions and lifestyle. In addition, he will give you recommendations on local markets, stores and must-see places in Malaga for a complete culinary experience.

Diego, originally from Uruguay and trained in Malaga, began his culinary journey at the age of 9. His experience ranges from traditional Andalusian cuisine to exclusive restaurants in the city. Specializing in Malaga and Andalusian desserts, he brings creativity, warmth and narrative to every dish he teaches.
