No prior cooking experience is required. The class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to hobby chefs. Our chef will guide you through every step—from selecting ingredients at the market to cooking the paella—explaining traditional techniques along the way. All you need is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Recipes are included so you can recreate the dishes at home.

What should I wear to the cooking class?

Accepted Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and, if you like, an apron (though we provide disposable ones). Opt for closed-toe, non-slip shoes, as the kitchen floor may get wet. Avoid loose-fitting outfits that could interfere with utensils. Keep in mind you’ll be standing for most of the 3.5-hour session.

Can I choose between wine or beer during the tasting, or is it fixed?

Accepted Answer

The tasting includes **one** choice: either a glass of regional wine (red or white) or a local beer. You cannot choose between both, but you can indicate your preference upon arrival (e.g., red wine or non-alcoholic beer). The meal includes gazpacho, paella, and other dishes, all paired with the same beverage. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know when booking.

The meeting point is at our culinary kitchen, **Av. Manuel Agustín Heredia 24, Málaga** (next to Parking de La Marina, with underground access). The area is central and well-connected: it’s a 10-minute walk from María Zambrano train station and 5 minutes from La Marina metro stop. Several bus lines (e.g., 1, 3, or 11) also stop nearby.

Can I cancel or modify my booking once it's confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking thanks to **instant confirmation** (mobile ticket). Cancellations are free if made at least **24 hours before the tour starts**. After that, a 50% fee (€35) will apply. For date changes, you must also notify us 24 hours in advance. We recommend checking your confirmation email and keeping your mobile ticket safe.
