Important information

Before you travel

• The minimum booking time is 24 hours before the service. The local partner strongly recommends booking the transfer at least 2 to 3.5 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Consider 4 hours in advance during peak season due to possible traffic jams and airport security

• Make sure your destination and/or pick-up point has a paved road/street. Local partner cars are not allowed on gravel roads/roads

• If you are traveling with children under 1 meter, request a seat booster in advance

• Luggage allowance is 1 bag or suitcase per passenger; additional luggage may incur a surcharge

• The local partner is not responsible if you miss your flight due to force majeure, road collapse, traffic accidents, etc.

The driver will be waiting with a sign with your name on it. The waiting room is in the arrivals area, outside the lobby. They will wait for you up to 45 minutes after the flight has landed.
