Live an unforgettable day that unites two exceptional experiences: the guided tour of the mythical Caminito del Rey and a 2-hour electric mountain bike route, the most complete and active way to discover the stunning natural environment of El Chorro and the Gaitanes Gorge.

The meeting point will be with your expert local guide at the reception of the Hotel La Garganta, located next to the south access of the Caminito del Rey and just 100 meters from the train station El Chorro-Caminito del Rey. The guide will be in charge of the organization of the group and the official entrance tickets. After a brief welcome, you will take the included shuttle to the north access, in Ardales, enjoying the views of the Conde de Guadalhorce reservoir along the way.

Before accessing the walkway, you will go through a tunnel carved into the rock and walk a pleasant 15-minute trail surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. During the walk, the guide will introduce you to the history of the Caminito del Rey, its relationship with Alfonso XIII and the origins of this extraordinary engineering work. At the access control you will receive the safety helmet and the necessary indications to start the route.

The walking tour will take you through more than 3 kilometers of suspended walkways, anchored to the vertical walls of the Gaitanes Gorge, at heights of up to 100 meters. Some sections, barely a meter wide, add to the thrill of the experience. Along the way you will discover emblematic places such as the Chocolate Steps, the Tajo de las Palomas, the Puente del Rey, the Mirador de Cristal, the Valle del Hoyo and the spectacular Gran Gaitan narrows, combining history, nature and breathtaking views.

The highlight of the route comes when you cross the famous suspension bridge, suspended between the canyon walls and with unique panoramic views of the reservoirs and cliffs. After the crossing, you will continue along a gently descending path next to the Tajo de la Encantada reservoir until you reach the south exit, where the walking tour ends, near the picnic area and La Garganta restaurant.

After a short break, the second part of the experience begins: a guided route on electric mountain bike departing from La Garganta. Thanks to modern e-bikes, this activity is accessible to all levels and allows you to comfortably enjoy forest tracks, mountain trails and natural terrain. You will pedal to the old quarry and ascend above the pine forests, reaching natural viewpoints with panoramic views of El Chorro and the Gaitanes Gorge.
