Question 1

How do I confirm my booking for the private Sagrada Familia tour?

Accepted Answer

Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment. You’ll receive an email with your mobile ticket and tour details. Simply show this ticket on your phone to the guide, who will be waiting at Gate A, next to the Sagrada Familia shop (Calle Marina). No printing is needed—your access is linked to your name.

Question 2

Can I visit the Sagrada Familia tower with this private tour?

Accepted Answer

No, this private tour does not include tower access. If you’d like to climb, you’ll need to purchase additional tickets separately. The 195€ fee covers the main temple entry, an official guide, and taxes. Tower access is not included as it requires a separate, limited ticket.

Question 3

Where exactly do I meet the guide at the start of the tour?

Accepted Answer

Your guide will wait at Gate A of the Sagrada Familia, next to the official gift shop (Calle Marina). They’ll hold a BarcelonaSail sign. The exact spot is pinned here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8id8UJedzXLZP6eC7. Arrive 10 minutes early to avoid delays.

Question 4

How long is the private Sagrada Familia tour and what’s included?

Accepted Answer

The tour lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes skip-the-line entry, an official Gaudí-specialist guide, and all taxes. You’ll receive a mobile ticket via email after booking. Transport and tower access are not included. The group is private, capped at 10 people for a tailored experience.

Question 5

Do I need to book in advance for this private tour, or is same-day availability possible?

Accepted Answer

While advance booking isn’t mandatory, availability is limited, especially in peak season (spring/summer). We recommend reserving at least 24 hours ahead to secure your spot, as skip-the-line tickets sell out quickly. Confirmation is instant after payment.
