Question 1

Does the tour include any meals or drinks?

Accepted Answer

No, meals and drinks are not included in the tour. The package covers a general entry ticket to La Alhambra, 12 hours of private transport with a driver from pickup to drop-off, and a private official tour guide for the 4-hour guided tour in Granada. We recommend bringing your own snacks or planning where to eat in Granada before or after the visit.

Question 2

Can I customize the pickup time in Seville or Málaga?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the pickup time can be customized based on driver availability and your preference. After booking, the provider will confirm the exact pickup time at your hotel in Seville, Seville port (for cruise excursions), Seville airport, or your hotel in central Málaga or Málaga Port. You must confirm the exact pickup location when making the reservation.

Question 3

How much time will I have to explore Alhambra on my own after the guided tour?

Accepted Answer

After the 4-hour private guided tour, you’ll have free time to explore Alhambra independently. The exact duration isn’t specified, so we recommend planning ahead if you wish to visit additional areas like the Generalife or the Palace of Charles V. Your guide will provide guidance on what’s included in the visit.

Question 4

Does the Alhambra entry ticket cover all areas of the monument, or is there an extra fee?

Accepted Answer

The included ticket grants access to key areas of Alhambra, such as the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife, and the Gardens. However, certain specific sections may require an additional fee not covered by this tour. Your guide will clarify any extra areas during the visit if you’re interested.

Question 5

Can I cancel or modify the booking once confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation or modification policies depend on the provider. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions at the time of booking, as they may vary. Generally, private tours offer flexible policies with 24-48 hours’ notice for changes at no extra cost, but this must be confirmed during reservation due to the private nature of the service.
