Question 1

How long does the Segway tour in Seville last exactly?

Accepted Answer

The Segway tour in Seville lasts between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the option you choose when booking. The most popular experience is the 1-hour option, which allows you to explore key landmarks like the Cathedral, Alcázar, and the Santa Cruz neighbourhood at a comfortable pace. All tours include a brief training session to ensure you can ride the Segway safely.

Question 2

Do I need prior experience to ride the Segway?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed. Every tour starts with a short training session (included in the price) where a professional instructor will teach you how to ride the Segway safely and confidently. Even if it’s your first time, you’ll be ready to explore Seville in under 10 minutes. Helmets are mandatory, and a guide will accompany your group throughout the tour.

Question 3

Where exactly do we meet to start the tour?

Accepted Answer

The meeting point is on a narrow street near Seville Cathedral, close to the Flamenco show Tablao Álvarez Quintero. Look for specific signage indicating the exact location, often near Plaza del Triunfo. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration and the initial training. Your group will gather there before the tour begins.

Question 4

Does the £20 price include all necessary equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the £20 per person fee includes all essential equipment: the Segway, mandatory helmet, and a local guide who will accompany your group throughout the tour. It also covers the historical and cultural commentary provided by the onboard guide. However, it does not include additional transport, locker hire, or optional insurance. Everything needed for the experience is covered.

Question 5

Is the Segway tour safe for children or people with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

The tour is recommended for participants aged 12 and over, as well as those with reduced mobility who can stand independently. The minimum height is 1.40 m (4’7”), and the maximum weight allowed is 120 kg (19 stone). Participants must sign a consent form before starting. Monitors adapt the pace and route to suit the group’s needs, but it’s best to check accessibility requirements in advance if you have any doubts.
