Question 1

Where exactly is the meeting point for this tour?

Accepted Answer

The meeting point is confirmed when you book the tour via the link or mobile ticket sent to your email. By default, it’s usually the main entrance of Park Güell (Carrer d'Olot, 7, 08024 Barcelona). Arrive 15 minutes early as the guide won’t wait. If unsure, contact the provider before your visit.

Question 2

Can I change the date or cancel my booking for this tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the tour starts at no cost. For changes, do it via your mobile ticket or by contacting the provider. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Always check the terms in your confirmation email.

Question 3

What’s the guide format for this tour? Is it a large group or private?

Accepted Answer

The tour runs in small groups with a live expert local guide, ensuring a more personalised experience. Group size varies but is typically between 8 and 15 people. For private tours, ask the provider about options (additional fee applies). The guide speaks live and accompanies you throughout the 1h 30min route.

Question 4

Do I need to bring anything specific for this Park Güell guided tour?

Accepted Answer

You only need your mobile ticket (QR code sent via email after purchase) and comfortable walking shoes, as the tour covers uneven paths and hills. Bring water and sun protection, especially during midday hours. Eating inside the park isn’t permitted. Your entry is already included in your booking.

Question 5

What happens if it rains on the day of my tour? Is it cancelled or rescheduled?

Accepted Answer

The tour runs in all weather conditions, as Park Güell is mostly outdoors. However, in cases of heavy rain or severe weather alerts, the provider may cancel and offer a refund or reschedule. You’ll be notified in advance via email or SMS. Check your mobile ticket for real-time updates.
