Question 1

What should I wear or bring for the 3-wheeler tour?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or heels). We provide helmets, the Can-Am Ryker (automatic and easy to use), and accident insurance. If you wear glasses, bring a strap to secure them during the ride.

Question 2

How much does the tour cost and what exactly is included in the 75€ price?

Accepted Answer

The tour costs £75 per person and includes the Can-Am Ryker rental (3-wheeler), fuel for the 2h 30min route, helmets, accident insurance (only if the client is not at fault), and instant booking confirmation. Extras like meals, professional photos, or costs due to client negligence (speeding, etc.) are not included.

Question 3

What is the route like and which places will we visit?

Accepted Answer

The 2h 30min route combines diverse landscapes: mountain trails (such as Fataga, with stunning views), urban streets in Maspalomas and Mogán, and coastal paths near Playa del Inglés. The route is adaptable based on the group’s preferences, but always prioritizes safety and enjoyment. The introduction is held in Maspalomas before setting off.

Question 4

Where exactly is the meeting point and how do I get there?

Accepted Answer

The meeting point is inside Eurocenter (a shopping centre in Maspalomas). To find it, go to the Lidl supermarket; next to it is an unusual old shopping centre. Turn left towards the surf shop, and you’ll see a street with garages—we’re in the middle, opposite the lifts. Free parking is available nearby.

Question 5

Can I cancel the tour and what happens if it rains on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the tour. If it rains, the tour will go ahead if weather conditions allow (at our team’s discretion). In case of cancellation due to bad weather, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule. Safety is always our priority.
