Colombian places, behind the steps of Christopher Columbus

A full day tour on which we will travel Huelva to get to know the last steps of Colón before starting for the first time in search of the new route of Indias, in which it was found with the new continent, completely changing the way of life of Old Europe.

During the tour we will visit the Pier de las Carabelas, where you will find the replicas of the 3 ships that left on the first journey of Columbus. In addition to the replicas of the ships, its main tourist attraction, the Muelle de las Carabelas Museum has an interpretation center, the medieval town (recreated around the pier) and the Isla del Encounter, in which the indigenous culture of the island of Guanahaní, the first island on which Cristóbal Colón landed on 12 October 1492, has been tried to recreate, which he named San Salvador.

We will then move to the Monastery of Santa María de la Rábida, where Cristóbal Colón stayed and prepared the journey from where he left.
