Question 1

Can we disembark and go onto Papagayo beaches during the tour?

Accepted Answer

No, landing on Papagayo beaches is not part of this excursion. The catamaran will anchor near the beaches so you can enjoy the views and water activities like kayaking, but there won’t be time to go ashore. The boat will stay in the area long enough for guests to fully experience the stop.

Question 2

What kind of meals and drinks are included in the 64€ price?

Accepted Answer

Your 64€ covers a freshly made paella served onboard when the catamaran anchors near Papagayo. You’ll also enjoy an open bar with beer, soft drinks and water throughout the trip, plus a welcome mojito at the start. All food and drinks are for adults only; additional snacks aren’t included.

Question 3

Where exactly does the included bus pick-up take place and what time should I be at the meeting point?

Accepted Answer

The complimentary bus service covers selected hotels in Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise and nearby areas like Playa Blanca. Pick-up times vary by hotel, but the meeting point at Puerto del Carmen port is the last pier past the Cepsa petrol station, where the 'Princess Cat' catamaran is moored. Arrive 15 minutes before your departure time, as listed on your booking confirmation.

Question 4

Do I need to book water activities like kayaking in advance?

Accepted Answer

No advance booking is required—kayak use is included at no extra cost and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out. Availability depends on daily participant numbers, so if demand is high, you may need to wait. Arriving early is recommended to secure your slot.

Question 5

What language does the guide speak during the excursion and what options are available if I don’t speak Spanish?

Accepted Answer

The guide speaks Spanish as the main language. Multilingual support in German and Italian is available upon request—you must specify this when booking. For other languages, check availability with the company before reserving. Basic communication during the tour is possible in these languages, though some technical details may only be explained in Spanish.
