Question 1

What equipment is provided for the kayak and snorkel tour?

Accepted Answer

The tour includes all necessary equipment: double or single kayak, life jacket, mask, snorkel, and fins. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, water shoes, and waterproof sunscreen. You may also want to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, as the 3-hour activity takes place under Ibiza’s sun.

Question 2

How long is the tour and what does the route entail?

Accepted Answer

The tour lasts 3 hours in total, including preparation time, paddling to snorkelling spots, and exploring the underwater scenery. The route typically takes you to secluded coves and crystal-clear waters around Ibiza, away from crowded beaches. Your guide will adjust the itinerary based on sea conditions for the best experience.

Question 3

Can beginners participate in the kayak and snorkel tour?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! No prior kayaking experience is needed. Your guide will give a short safety briefing on paddling techniques and kayak handling. The double kayaks are very stable and easy to manoeuvre, even for first-timers. The group is also closely supervised throughout to ensure everyone feels secure and has a great time.

Question 4

Where is the meeting point and is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

The exact meeting point is confirmed after booking, as it depends on sea conditions and spot availability. Typically, it’s near San Antonio or Santa Eulària, with free or paid parking nearby. We’ll send you a map and access instructions once your spot is confirmed.

Question 5

Is the tour suitable for children or people with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

The tour is open to children aged 8 and above, provided they’re accompanied by an adult. Kids aged 8–12 should be able to swim. For those with reduced mobility, note that getting in and out of the kayak requires some mobility, so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility limitations. Contact the provider if you have any doubts.
