With your ticket valid for a full day, you can discover the treasures of the Alhambra, the Generalife and the impressive Nasrid Palaces at your own pace.

Enter the Nasrid Palaces, former residence of the kings of Granada, and be amazed by the delicacy of its courtyards, halls and ornamentation. Also visit the Alcazaba, the defensive area of the fortress, stroll through the villa and gardens of the Generalife, visit the Palace of Charles V and the historic Baths of the Mosque, surrounded by lush gardens.

Contemplate the elegance and refinement of the architectural style of this unique monumental complex. The Alhambra was much more than a palace: it functioned as a fortress, citadel and center of power. Originally built in 889, it became the residence of Muslim kings and sultans, as well as high officials, members of the court and the royal guard.

Before to travel

• Entrance tickets for children ages 3-11 must be reserved at the time of purchase and managed with all other adult tickets

• Tickets for children under 3 will be provided at the monument ticket offices or at the monument entrances. No prior reservation is required

• The time slot chosen at the time of booking is your entry time to the Nasrid Palaces. It is binding and cannot be modified. You can visit the Alcazaba, the Partal and the Generalife on the same day during opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 6pm (15 October to 31 March) and Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 8pm (1 April to 14 October).

• Baby carriers are available for visitors in the checkroom next to the Wine Gate. Baby strollers are not allowed in the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife Palace, Alcazaba and Partal

• Free checkroom service is available upon presentation of an official entrance ticket

• Quick access to the Alcazaba, the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife, the Palace of Charles V, the Baths of the Mosque, the Space of the Month and the temporary exhibitions

Present your voucher at the Access Pavilion at the Alhambra ticket office to start your activity. Please note that it takes 10-15 minutes on foot to reach the Nasrid Palaces from the Access Pavilion once you have entered the grounds.
