In detail

The experience begins with an exit from Seville and a delicious traditional Andalusian breakfast in one of the most emblematic sales on the way to Córdoba. Then we will go to the Yeguada Torrella, a unique enclave where we will enter into the fascinating world of the horse and in the care of great nobility.

During the visit we will go through its facilities, meadows and blocks, and we will know closely the processes of breeding, training and day-to-day of the mare. We will discover the passion, effort and respect for the animals that shape this project deeply linked to the equestrian tradition. It will be a great opportunity to enjoy the natural environment and connect with one of the most rooted cultures of our land.

After this first stop, we will continue to the Almazara Basilippo, where we will explore the exciting process of making extra virgin olive oil. We will learn how the olive oil passes from olive to almazara, we will know the different stages of production and the importance of product quality and care, as well as the values of an almazara committed to excellence.

The visit will culminate in a tasting of oils, in which we will learn to identify unique aromas, flavors and nuances.
