Question 1

Can I bring luggage on the tour or do I need to leave it at my accommodation?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need to bring luggage, as the eight-seater minivan has limited space. Pack essentials only—comfortable clothing, non-slip shoes, sunscreen, water, and a camera. The meeting point has no luggage storage, so avoid large backpacks or suitcases to travel comfortably.

Question 2

How do I confirm my tour booking and when will I receive the details?

Accepted Answer

Confirmation is instant after booking, and you’ll receive a mobile ticket via email with full details: exact meeting point (sent 24h before the tour), schedule, lunch inclusion, and expert guide. Check your spam folder and confirm receipt to ensure you don’t miss any updates.

Question 3

What type of traditional Canarian lunch is included in the tour?

Accepted Answer

The included lunch is a traditional Canarian menu served at a local restaurant near Teide National Park. Expect dishes like *papas arrugadas* (wrinkled potatoes) with mojo sauce, roasted pork or fresh fish, Canarian salad, and a typical dessert. Extra drinks aren’t included, but water is available on the minivan.

Question 4

Where is the meeting point for this tour, and is there nearby parking?

Accepted Answer

The exact meeting point is emailed 24 hours before the tour, as it may vary depending on your location in southern Tenerife (e.g., Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, or Playa de las Américas). In most cases, it’s a free public car park near major hotels. Arrive 15 minutes early to avoid delays.

Question 5

What level of physical activity is required for this tour? Is it suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

This tour includes minivan rides with short stops for sightseeing and visiting Masca village, which has cobbled streets and slopes. While not strenuous hiking, basic mobility is needed to walk on uneven surfaces. The minivan is accessible, but contact the operator if you require specific assistance.
