Question 1

How do I book this tour and what information do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Book online for instant confirmation. After payment, you’ll receive an email with your mobile ticket and a WhatsApp message from our team to confirm meeting details. You must include your mobile number (with country code, e.g., +44 for UK) and participant names. No payment is required on the day—just show your digital ticket to the guide.

Question 2

What type of bikes are provided and how do you ensure my safety?

Accepted Answer

We provide stable city bikes with automatic gears (Orbea or similar), suitable for all ages. Helmets are included in the price and adjusted to fit each rider. The group follows the guide at a relaxed pace along bike lanes and pedestrian streets. Helmets are mandatory, and you’ll sign a short liability waiver before departure.

Question 3

Can I join this tour if I have no cycling experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The tour is perfect for beginners. The bikes are easy to ride, and the guide adjusts the pace for the group. The 3-hour route includes regular stops to rest and take photos. Helmets and safety briefings are mandatory, so there’s no risk of accidents. Great for families with children (+6 years) or adults without cycling experience.

Question 4

Which areas of Valencia will we visit and what’s the typical route?

Accepted Answer

We cycle through the Turia Park (along the dried riverbed), the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, and the historic Barrio del Carmen with its medieval alleys. The route also includes Plaza de la Virgen, the Central Market, and La Lonja de la Seda. The guide shares stories about architecture, Valencian paella, and hidden gems. The total distance is ~12 km, flat and without steep climbs.

Question 5

What happens if it rains on the day of the tour? Are there cancellations or refunds?

Accepted Answer

The tour runs in all weather, but if heavy rain (over 15mm or a weather alert) is forecast, we’ll contact you 24 hours in advance to offer a free reschedule or full refund. Light rain won’t cancel the tour, though the route may be adjusted to avoid slippery areas. Bring waterproof clothing and non-slip shoes just in case.
