Question 1

Which white villages are included in this private tour?

Accepted Answer

This private tour includes guided visits to Zahara de la Sierra, Setenil de las Bodegas, Ronda, and Olvera, with a stop at a local bakery to sample traditional products. All villages are covered as part of the fixed itinerary at no extra cost. However, if you wish to modify the route, you can request changes at the time of booking or inform the guide on the day, subject to logistical feasibility.

Question 2

How does hotel pick-up and drop-off work? Is any specific information required?

Accepted Answer

Pick-up and drop-off are arranged at your hotel in Seville, provided you specify this during booking. You must provide the hotel name, exact address, and room number (if applicable) when reserving. A private driver-guide will wait for you in a vehicle (max. 6 people) with a name sign. Outside Seville, the meeting point is agreed with the guide on the day of the tour.

Question 3

How much time is spent in each village during the tour?

Accepted Answer

Time allocation varies depending on the group’s pace, but generally, around 1.5 hours is spent in Zahara de la Sierra, 1 hour in Setenil de las Bodegas, 3 hours in Ronda (including optional meal time), and 30 minutes in Olvera. The total tour duration is 8 to 10 hours, with flexibility to adjust stops based on group interest while respecting agreed timings.

Question 4

Is there anything specific I need to bring for the tour? Is food included?

Accepted Answer

There’s no strict requirement, but comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and sun protection are recommended due to walking segments. Breakfast, lunch, or drinks are not included, though you can purchase local products in Olvera. If you’d like a traditional meal in Ronda, let us know when booking so we can arrange it in advance. The guide can recommend typical restaurants based on your budget.

Question 5

Can I cancel or modify my booking? What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour, provided written notice is given. The tour runs regardless of rain, as the white villages retain their charm in wet weather. However, if extreme weather (e.g., orange or red alerts) occurs, the tour will either be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date or fully refunded. The guide will notify you promptly of any changes.
