Question 1

Which specific monuments are covered by the ticket price in El Escorial and Segovia?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes entry to El Escorial's Monastery (Cloister, Royal Basilica, and Royal Pantheon) and a guided walking tour of Segovia’s Alcázar, covering its exterior and key historical areas like Plaza del Azoguejo. It does not include tickets for other sites such as Segovia Cathedral or the Roman Aqueduct, which you can visit separately.

Question 2

How does the audioguide system work in Segovia, and what languages are available?

Accepted Answer

During the Segovia walking tour, you’ll receive a portable audioguide device with pre-recorded commentary in both Spanish and English. Choose your preferred language to listen to while exploring the city. The official guide will also be bilingual and accompany you throughout the tour.

Question 3

How long is the meal break, and where does it take place?

Accepted Answer

The tour includes a 1-hour meal break around 2:00 PM, usually at a local restaurant in Madrid or an area with scenic views. Lunch is not included in the price, so you’ll need to pay for your meal separately. The exact restaurant location will be confirmed on the day of the tour.

Question 4

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts. To cancel, you must notify us before this deadline. If you cancel in time, you’ll receive a full refund. After that, refunds are not guaranteed. Check your confirmation email for the exact policy.

Question 5

Where exactly is the meeting point, and how do I get there by public transport?
