Question 1

How does the skip-the-line access to the Mezquita-Catedral work?

Accepted Answer

Skip-the-line entry is included in your ticket. Your bilingual guide (Spanish/English) will escort you directly to the priority entrance using tickets we’ll email you 48 hours before departure. This saves you hours in queues, giving you more time to explore the monument and the Jewish Quarter at your own pace.

Question 2

What should I bring on the day to board the train?

Accepted Answer

Bring your original ID/passport, the mobile train ticket we’ll send you, and a fully charged phone to display the QR codes. No printing is required. Arrive at Sevilla-Santa Justa station at least 30 minutes early to check in smoothly and locate your platform (we’ll confirm this 24 hours prior).

Question 3

Can I explore the Mezquita-Catedral on my own after the tour, or is the guided visit mandatory?

Accepted Answer

The tour includes a mandatory 1.5-hour guided visit inside the Mezquita-Catedral. After that, you’ll have free time to explore alone (your entry ticket allows access until 7:00 PM, subject to closing times). You can stay longer, but your guide won’t be available after the scheduled tour.

Question 4

How much free time will I have in Córdoba to explore or eat?

Accepted Answer

You’ll have 3 hours of free time in Córdoba, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Use this to wander the Jewish Quarter, photograph Plaza de la Corredera, or visit Mercado Victoria (optional, with suggested stops). Your guide will point out key spots before parting ways, but the itinerary is flexible.

Question 5

Do I need to book ahead for the tasting stops at Mercado Victoria?

Accepted Answer

It’s not mandatory, but arriving early (12:00–12:30 PM) helps secure spots at popular stalls like salmorejo or flamenquín. Your guide will recommend top choices, but prices and availability depend on the market. Bring cash in case you prefer to pay without a card.
