Mojo cooking class in an old canary village

In this culinary workshop and tasting event, you will create delicious traditional mojos from local and fresh ingredients and enjoy the authentic taste while listening to entertaining comments about recipes. We are located in the truly historic village of Chirche in Tenerife South. You can see old fields of terraces and trilla fields. The event will give you a vision of the fascinating world of taste pairing. The workshop's instructor is Chef Ave, with her long experience as a kitchen chef on cruise lines. The workshop includes practical activities with mortar and mortar hand. During the event, refrigerations are offered.
